First revision was already functional (after 3 minor mods - note yellow modification wires).
6 layers, schematics and layout done in Altum Designer, autorouting - in "TopoR", used plugged vias on BGA and OMAP processor in BGA package with 0.4mm ball pitch and POP-technology (memory is soldered on top of CPU chip).
